As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation and for being our first point of contact with our potential customers. This means you’ll be the first touch point for our clients on their journey with Lendflow. This role is an important part of our business development team and is a great opportunity for a smart, energetic, and results-oriented individual.

What you’ll bring to LendFlow

  • Ask questions to determine the need of a business
  • Understand how these needs can be solved by one or more financial product
  • Explain and quantify the value proposition of the product to the business owner
  • Oversee application process and manage the underwriting of new accounts
  • Follow up with businesses to see if their needs are being met by products they use and, if appropriate, offer additional or different products
  • Renew agreements of existing products as their terms expire
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related position. (not required but preferred)
  • Track record of high-level productivity in a results-driven environment
  • Advanced English level (B2 - C1).
  • Located and able to work at the Medellin Office (NOT REMOTE)
  • Past experience in financial services. (not required but preferred)
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone
  • Great interpersonal and customer skills
  • Experience working or interacting with US companies. (not required but preferred)
