Capchase operates in an emerging financial industry. We’re constantly developing new products to help founders grow their businesses more efficiently. Because of this, audience education is crucial and content serves as the entry point for customers to discover our brand and experience our product. 

As our Content Marketing Associate, you'll help build our editorial strategy—producing content across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and, ultimately, qualified leads for the company.  

You’ll work with our Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to stay on top of industry trends—and sometimes get ahead of them—and develop a deep understanding of our business and our ideal customer in order to create comprehensive programs of written, video, and interactive content for our channels including our blog, landing pages, newsletters, email nurtures, and webinars. 

If you’re a self-starter who loves editing content as much as writing it, this role is for you!

✅ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute content for channels including our blog, customer stories/case studies, webinars, and email programs.
  • Serve as a writer for different teams of the marketing organization, helping them develop content for their goals.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with written content.
  • Have a “test and optimize” mindset for content, striving to tie content to measurable KPIs for the business.

🚀 What we're looking for

  • 1+ years experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in fintech.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and content to engage C-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO content strategies.Experience working with creative teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Extra Credit

  • Journalistic experience.
  • Experience working with freelancers and agencies.
  • Familiarity with the tech, venture capital, and startup ecosystem.
