As the Community Manager at you will be the voice, tone and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution and digital engagement. You will own event planning, attend industry events and network with potential clients.


  • You have experience planning and leading community engagement events
  • You have the ability to identify and track relevant community KPI’s 
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills
  • You have interpersonal skills
  • You have experience managing social media accounts
  • Attention to detail
  • You are networking savvy
  • You have the ability to think critically and solve problems 


  • Organize and manage community events (virtual and in-person)
  • Build relationships with members of the growing CX community
  • Managing customer correspondence
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Managing brand reputation online
  • Set, plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies
