We are looking to expand the sales team with a Business Development Lead that wants to join a fast-growing startup. As a member of the sales team, your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and help us meet our ambitious vision to become a category-defining company in the Customer Experience space. As a coach player, you will take on both coaching and lead generation responsibilities.


  • A proven track record of high achievement in lead generation
  • The drive to do whatever it takes to accomplish your goals
  • The ability to find a way around any encountered obstacles
  • Experience working in environments that aren’t clearly defined
  • A natural desire to work in a fast-paced nascent industry
  • You are creative and an out of the box thinker
  • You have experience working in an early stage environment
  • Saas experience preferred
  • Spanish speaker is a bonus 


You are a highly-motivated, efficient, and driven collaborator who aspires to grow in a category-defining company selling in one of the fastest-growing B2B markets (CX). You are also a self-starter and confident in your ability to ideate and execute on new strategies and initiatives. You will be a representative of the brand and the crucial first touchpoint for our new, soon-to-be customers. 


  • You will act as lead for our existing team 
  • Bring best practices to coach our existing team
  • You will build, prioritize and qualify a sales list within a given vertical
  • You will research accounts to identify decision-makers and internal champions at our target prospects
  • Build relationships with potential customers through a mix of phone calls, emails, Linkedin messages, networking, and creativity!
  • You will schedule meetings for our sales Team while leveraging a CRM and other sales tools to fully optimize your time
