About the Role:
Launched in 2018, and now with a sales force of 30 people, it’s time to introduce the sales enablement function to our business model. The Sales Enablement Manager will be the first resource of its kind at Cube, with responsibility for enabling revenue performance by providing training, content, processes, practices, tools, and analytics. You will coach a holistic go-to-market enablement strategy that includes onboarding new hires, ongoing training for the existing sales team, and analytics specific to sales.

- You can demonstrate knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and the buyer’s journey
What you will be doing:
- Work with GTM leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
- Determine sales enablement priorities with key stakeholders including Product Marketing
- Onboard new GTM members like Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
- Create and lead GTM training
- Develop and organize sales content & collateral
- Creating and delivering analytics specific to the sales function
- Build a trusted relationship with the GTM team
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the GTM team
- Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
How you will spend your first 3 months at Cube :
- Meet with key stakeholders and top performers to understand product and process
- Listen to actual sales calls and understand how and what we sell
- Come to understand the Cube sales process, sales metrics and KPIs
- Build training and content plan specific to each role
The base salary range for this role is: $103,884 - $122,003 USD
