As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the strategy and marketing execution for our key technology, auditor and service partners.

Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. 

This role sits within Vanta’s Marketing team, which helps bring this vision to life by defining the new category of continuous security monitoring, shaping Vanta’s positioning, and driving pipeline for our sales organization. This role will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Partnerships and Sales and will own both the strategic planning of campaigns and the hands-on program execution in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Vanta:

  • Develop and drive the partner marketing strategy and partner marketing program plan for our ecosystem partners
  • Develop multi-partner GTM strategies, helping to support growing pipeline targets
  • Support the development of joint value proposition content
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on prioritized joint solutions and messaging
  • Create partner engagement and execution strategies through Vanta and/or partner-led demand generation campaigns
  • Drive and support all aspects of joint partner events, campaigns, and programs– both live and online
  • Report on campaign results, ensuring ROI is measured for all partner campaigns on an ongoing cadence
  • Build out the partner relationships, interacting with key resources across the organizations


How to be successful in this role:

  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with and developing joint marketing programs 
  • Solid grasp of the marketing funnel and selling through and with partners
  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
  • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership running partner marketing programs 
  • Exceptional communication at all levels 
  • Outstanding program and project management skills

We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election.
