We are looking to expand the Growth team with a Business Development Representative that wants to join a fast-growing startup. As one of the first members of the Growth team, your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and help us meet our ambitious vision to become a category-defining company in the Customer Experience space.

  • Proven track record of high achievement
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Innate ability to be creative and find a way around any encountered obstacles
  • The ability to work and communicate with key decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven by a desire for excellence in a fast-paced, high-knowledge industry
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is ideal
  • Being a Spanish speaker is a bonus


You are highly-motivated, efficient, and a clear communicator who aspires to grow in a category-defining company selling in one of the fastest-growing B2B markets (CX). You are also a self-starter and confident in your ability to ideate and execute on new strategies and initiatives.


Your main goal will be to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Sales team.

You will be a representative of the brand and the crucial first touchpoint for our new, soon-to-be customers.

  • Build, prioritize and qualify a sales list within a given vertical (or verticals)
  • Research accounts to identify decision-makers and internal champions at target prospects
  • Dive deep into CX communities to uncover and target qualified buyers
  • Initiate conversation and build relationships with potential customers through a mix of phone calls, emails, Linkedin messages, networking, and creativity!
  • Work directly with the Head of Sales and Head of Growth to ensure Lang has the highest possible close rate
  • Leverage CRM and other sales tools to fully optimize your time, documenting your activities and conversations
