Noibu is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help us expand our market share. As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high profile customers, a strong technical grounding in our product, and lots of mentorship and training. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. This position requires the successful candidate to be located in Ottawa.
What you'll be doing:
- Innovating and developing new ways to sell and disrupt mid-market software sales
- Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Creating high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients
- Tracking sales activity in Salesforce and report information to management
- Working closely with Product Management and Marketing to help develop product requirements and the product roadmap in line with our market requirements
You should have:
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle quota carrying software or technology sales role
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Confident and driven. You’re proactive and motivated about reaching out and following up.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
- High emotional intelligence - you enjoy building relationships, you value collaboration, and have a good sense for others motivations.
