As an Account Executive, you will report to the VP, Sales and will be selling to both Enterprises and SMB customers. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Take inbound leads from the Marketing team and manage the full sales cycle to close that result in strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prospect new outbound opportunties and driving to closure.
  • Creating opportunties in new verticals with companies - large and small. In the process, you will provide insights to marketing and product teams.
  • Upsell and cross to existing customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption and renewal
  • Building scalable and repeatable sales playbook to create efficiencies that will shorten sales cycle without impacting customer satisfaction.
  • You are a good team player working closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success teams. What you’ll bring to the table:
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales across Enterprise and SMB
  • Understanding of the DevOps space and ability to lead sales conversation with Engineering leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with CEOs and c-suite executives
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new sales strategies
  • You’re as much strategic as someone who has maniacal focus on execution to get the job done
  • A solid communicator, who knows how to navigate the complexities of working with a remote team
