Sora is seeking an Implementation Manager to ensure that every customer is successfully onboarded onto our platform.

That’s where Sora comes in: we’re building a product that streamlines the tedious and repetitive work People teams do every day, from sending emails to assigning onboarding tasks to a new hire’s manager to syncing data across anywhere from 3 to 20 tools in a customer’s HR stack.

Your role

We know employee onboarding is absolutely critical, but so is customer onboarding! You'll be on the front lines leading every new customer implementation and diving deep into your customers' processes, culture, and team to build the perfect employee workflows tailored for each customer.

You'll be hands-on throughout the entire implementation process, executing a clear and concise project plan and ensuring that we're delivering value as soon as possible. As timelines change and obstacles emerge, you'll navigate around the challenges and figure out ways to keep the implementation moving along. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our product as you build and launch new customer workflows, and will eventually become a product expert on the team. You'll also deliver training sessions to share this product knowledge with customers so that they feel comfortable building out new workflows or modifying existing ones on their own during and after the initial implementation.

You'll be an advocate internally at Sora for your customers and provide real-time product feedback to our product, engineering, and design teams. You'll also be partnering directly with our user research team to ensure that our product is continually evolving to meet the needs of your customers. Customer happiness is your number one goal, and you'll have the freedom to experiment with anything that you think will deliver positive value and impact for your customers.

By the end of every customer implementation, you may even find yourself considered an honorary member of their HR/People organization!
