As the Head of EMEA at Vanta you will be responsible for setting up and growing the team that will sell Vanta and support our customers across the region.

The mission of the EMEA team is to:

  • Bring Vanta to the EMEA markets at scale
  • Ensure the customers in the region are successful 
  • Grow the business by driving initiatives designed for the region
  • Work hand in hand with our team in North America and APAC to develop global best practices


By doing this you will:

  • Help empower EMEA based software companies expand their market
  • Ensure every Vanta customer has a strong security program that allows them to scale and protect consumer’s data, making the internet more secure


What you’ll do as a Head of EMEA Sales at Vanta:

  • Be responsible for the sales team and own their metrics
  • Be responsible for the success team and own their metrics
  • Be a spokesperson for Vanta in the market


How to be successful in this role:

  • You should have experience selling and growing sales teams at EMEA level and 
  • You should have experience in second-line management
  • You must have an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Be able to understand market dynamics and adapt to them

About Vanta

We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election. It was clear that security and privacy had become mainstream issues, and that we all increasingly relied on cloud services to store everything from our personal photos to our communications at work.

Vanta's mission is to be the layer of trust on top of these services, and to secure the internet, increase trust in software companies, and keep consumer data safe.

We do this by building an automated head of security for technology companies, and we use that system to both help a company secure itself and to prove their security to others.
