Demostack’s Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building top-of-funnel activity and coming up with creative new approaches to bringing in business. This is a key role focused on driving results that contribute to top and bottom lines. We are looking for a creative, team-first B2B marketing expert who loves to roll up their sleeves and is excited to play a large role in our growth. This person will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure we are hitting targets and craft demand generation campaigns that generate awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Demostack is the world’s first demo experience platform. We help SaaS revenue leaders (sales, sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing, customer success, partnerships) accelerate revenue with custom demos made in minutes. Our product enables sellers to take control of the demo environment and craft a tailored story for every prospect. There’s no code needed, so engineering can focus on building a great product.


  • Manage digital paid media campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, SEM, and other channels aligned with business goals.
  • Manage marketing automation to nurture prospects through the funnel with segmented email cadences.
  • Create landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share results with marketing and sales leadership on an ongoing basis.
  • Help to build a presence for Demostack across software review sites and online communities where our personas connect.
  • Management of online/offline demand generation tools and campaigns.
  • Effectively use marketing automation tools to increase the scale of demand generation programs
  • Create iterative marketing campaigns for lead acquisition
  • Craft specific messaging that targets the right audience and drives awareness
  • Create targeted messaging and branding to drive brand awareness and visibility.
  • Produce and manage multi-touch, multi-channel field and digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition.
  • Use historical data to analyze and strengthen overall marketing/advertising strategies.
  • Strategic management of marketing budgets.

Experience and skills:

  • 3-4 years in B2B demand generation, ideally in a SaaS startup environment
  • Proven track record of successfully generating demand for a B2B software product
  • Expert in marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing, and execution
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, and CMS platforms
  • Experience managing budgets and process
  • Strong experience in email marketing, website marketing, SEO, PPC, retargeting, social marketing and direct mail
  • Effective experience managing lead nurturing and lead scoring, list management, segmentation, targeting, de-duplication and cleansing
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess and extract meaning from data and use this to optimize team actions and provide clarity for company forecasts
  • Proven experience with the development and execution of demand generation campaigns (with a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot or similar)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to think strategically and execute strategic action
