As the Marketing Director you will drive and oversee the marketing and creative communications strategy, working directly with the leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you will be a key player in the decision-making process of our brand evolution, marketing execution, consumer growth, and product development. We are looking for a high energy, creative, data driven and results oriented marketing professional with a proven track record of success managing marketing for a company in a fast paced, competitive industry. We are not looking for a brand marketer for this role, but someone who is experienced in demand generation marketing and excited by the prospect of owning a lead generation and pipe generation target. This role is both strategic and tactical, so we are looking for someone who can wear different hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment. One thing to note, we take a data driven approach to marketing and Noibu is heavily data driven - if you don’t like spreadsheets this isn’t the role for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Design, lead, and manage Noibu’s marketing strategy, and remain accountable to this detailed plan
  • Grow new revenue from 0% marketing affiliated to 33% over time
  • Own a lead generation target, and own a pipe generation target
  • Focus on demand generation to create awareness and demand for Noibu’s product
  • Strategically lead all areas of marketing; digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to gain brand awareness and drive consumers
  • You will track, manage and implement a yearly marketing plan, budget, and calendar to ensure results are optimized
  • You will develop solutions and strategies to improve the overall quality and creative output
  • Work in collaboration with the sales department to ensure they have the appropriate resources to be successful and drive revenue growth
  • Support sales initiatives with content and collateral
  • Define Noibu’s ICP with Sales, and create a plan to target and acquire leads from ICP
  • Support Customer Success initiatives to retain and grow Noibu’s customer base
  • Provide regular marketing reports to senior management, manage the end-to-end marketing function and key business metrics, including reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • You will hire, manage, and drive growth for the marketing team, and provide leadership to your team members

What you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team and all marketing functions
  • A diverse background within marketing with proven experience leading digital marketing, communications, branding, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing projects
  • Creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • A proven track-record of accelerating revenue growth through brand marketing initiatives.
  • Excitement to navigate and implement the full scope from high-level strategy to small execution details.
  • Strong ability to plan and create quality content and analytics to build a world-class brand
  • Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment with a determined “get the job done” mindset.
  • You’re a highly organized and conscientious worker with die-hard optimism and a can-do attitude. You can see projects through from ideation to execution;
  • You are entrepreneurial, strategically imaginative, creative (if we haven't mentioned it enough) and always focused on adding value;
  • You are a team player, you have previously worked with different kinds of people, you know how to lead a team and you are not afraid to defend your ideas with research.

You operate with an ownership mentality for all areas of your work, and keep any commitments you make. Producing high quality work is always important to you and when you're faced with an obstacle, you discover or create solutions without letting the problem bog you down. You have experience creating clear roadmaps to success and are energized by the idea of owning that process for Marketing here at Noibu too.
  • Another brag-worthy thing about you, is that you are self-aware and have a high EQ. You consistently seek out feedback and enjoy giving feedback to others too - you know we all do better when we grow together. You enjoy learning, and would go so far as saying you are ahead of industry trends at all times, and can’t wait to bring this knowledge to the business here too. Lastly, you are a data-driven person, but have the unique ability to balance your decision making process with data and your intuition. You are someone who trusts your gut, but uses the data to back yourself up and because of this, you are always composed under pressure.
