The Customer Success Manager is a critical role that is a partner both to Teamflow’s customers and to stakeholders within Teamflow.

In this role, you’ll help the world’s leading companies drive adoption and usage of Teamflow across their remote and hybrid teams. Your experience will provide valuable insight to our product, design, and go-to-market organizations around what our customers want and need.

You’ll have a seat at the table in critical conversations about our product and go-to-market roadmap, and we’ll lean on you to help us define the processes and best practices that will help Teamflow grow.

You’ll report to our Customer Success Team Lead and work closely with peers in support, sales, marketing, and product.

In this position, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Conducting onboarding sessions and managing trials for new customers
  • Maintaining relationships with customers to help solve their problems and meet their needs
  • Managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in partnership with our sales team
  • Defining new processes and systems to help Teamflow grow and deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Securing customer testimonials, quotes and case studies

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 2-4 years of customer success experience or a similar role, with a track record of managing customer relationships including implementations, churn saves, upsells and renewals
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Salesforce
  • A willingness to wear multiple hats and dive into creating processes from the ground up
  • Teamflow is still early stage, so we’re often building systems from scratch
  • Hunger for career growth with clear goals for advancement
  • Desire to be part of a fast-growing, cutting-edge technology company
  • A desire to work in a fully-remote environment (Teamflow does not have a physical office)
