Pepper Content ( is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem. 

We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To fuel all this, we have some exciting plans, and we are looking for someone in the capacity of Sales Leader to join our business team and build upon these ideas.


At Pepper Content, you will: 

  • Own Pepper’s ARR number across client segments and content categories - text, design, language and video
  • Ideate, iterate and execute Pepper’s sales strategy and GTM
  • Identify, build and scale relationships with decision makers across client segments
  • Actively manage the leads pipeline & CRM data in order to meet goals and objectives of the sales team
  • Identify, attract and recruit a high performing and agile sales team with a hunter mentality
  • Train, coach and motivate the sales team to ensure proficiency in methodology, tools and tactics
  • Own the forecasting and forecasting accuracy of sales targets of Pepper and individual reps
  • Build and scale processes such as sales rep onboarding, sales playbooks and sales incentive policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, product, tech and customer success teams to manage client life cycle


Should apply if you have:  

  • Should come from a strong sales background with 10+ years of building and scaling high performing sales teams, and exceeding sales quotas
  • Significant experience in selling to marketers and understanding of SaaS & marketplace businesses is a ++
  • Should be relentless and creative in all forms of communication with the clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in balancing big picture strategy with the day to day sales hustle
  • If required, can hustle with the team to close deals, but mostly teaches people how to fish
