Noibu is looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team as we enter a new phase of expansion. As a key member of our fast growing sales team, you will develop a strong technical understanding of our world-leading product, and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the sales team. You’ll have great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, in addition to lots of mentorship and training.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and builds accountability quickly. You thrive with aggressive timelines and can work on multiple projects at once. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative and who has the ability to quickly build trust and rapport within a team by delivering high quality results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide support to our sales and partner teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Become an expert on Noibu’s platform; answer pre-sales questions and come up with creative solutions to assist the sales team
  • Help the sales team meet and/or exceed sales quota by developing high value, impactful and compelling business cases for our customers which will contribute directly to the closing of deals 
  • Explore creative ways to increase the effectiveness of our sales enablement processes, to help drive revenue growth and increase trial-to-close conversion rates
  • Create and send out internal communications to the sales team, as needed
  • Assist with supporting various sales enablement projects
  • Assist in obtaining feedback on sales enablement processes to help identify opportunities for improvement

You should have:

  • University or College degree in Business, Engineering or related fields
  • Excellent project management skills – ability to multitask, excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively and a strong attention to the detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the teams and individual goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to optimally deliver information
  • Strong presence, and demonstrated ability to establish accountability within a team
  • Self starter habits and self driven attitude - when you see a gap, you fill it
  • Experience in Sales Enablement at a fast-paced technology company is an asset
