Business Development Manager
OfferFit was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, and we’re funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit replaces A/B testing with automated experimentation, powered by self-learning AI. This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home (leading home security company) and Engie (multinational electric utility), among many others.
Our Sales team is growing and we're looking to bring on a talented Business Development Manager! You'll work directly with the Director of Business Development & Sales Operations to develop and run the systems and processes for our business development operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Work the OfferFit network (advisors, investors, etc.) to generate sales leads for OfferFit
- Implement systematic processes to convert leads in our sales pipeline into prospective opportunities for our sales team to engage with
- Curate our outbound communication cadences for potential leads and execute on them
- Coordinate the creation of sales collateral to support and streamline business development efforts
