What you’ll be doing
- Understand customer needs and give feedback to product team
- Onboard new customers and create a playbook for a delightful experience with Airspeed
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the team
- Keep customers informed of new product features
- Build and own customer business reviews and success plans
Who you are
- 3+ years experience of high achievement in a CSM role
- Empathetic, compassionate, and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
- Quick learner
