What will you be doing? 🤔

  • Collaborate with key sales/marketing stakeholders to proactively administer our salesforce instance, drive sales operations strategy, and execute operational plans
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Own all aspects of monthly and quarterly sales reporting, forecasting, and finance reporting
  • Understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and design solutions to enhance sales team performance
  • Delivering ongoing education and training to ensure Sales understanding and adoption of process
  • Provide Salesforce administration setup and training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practices and maintenance of data
  • Partnering closely with Finance to understand our contracting and accounting systems and work on continuous improvement
  • Work with leaders across teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable processes for better insights dissemination (across teams) to make Atlan the "fastest learning organization" in the world
