Capchase is looking for a new Marketing Operations member to join our Rev Ops team in our NYC office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping our rapidly growing team scale and help make key business decisions and implementations. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive go-to-market team, and nerd out on CRM automations, marketing ops, sales operations, and anything rev-ops related all day long! 🚀 The Job

  • Work with the Marketing team to execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and nurture flows intended to engage and convert clients and prospects
  • Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvementCompile and present reporting and insights to marketing and leadership teams
  • Work effectively with Sales Ops to ensure workflows and reporting are in support of Marketing strategies
  • Support campaign and program launch as needed in Pardot, SFDC and other martech systemsVet the use of new technologies needed for the marketing tech stack to achieve pipeline goals
  • Act as the primary project owner of the implementation of the martech stack and other marketing tools
  • Manage lead and account scoring models, marketing attribution set-up and reporting
  • Own prioritizing internal requests from multiple stakeholders and driving technical resolution to completion including activating programs, creating campaign codes, uploading contacts, creating reports, etc
  • Troubleshoot systems issues working closely with vendors and IT teams to solve problems at their root
  • Lead the continual development and optimization of the database including data sources, acquisition, enrichment, and cleansing with automated processes to maintain an effective database

🧠 The Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Marketing Operations experience at a fast growing start up
  • Experience with Hubspot, enrichment, engagement and optimization tools
  • Experience in improving business and system processes and solving problems for stakeholders
  • Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements and working on projects end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets, build reports, & fix data issues
  • Strong knowledge of market leading marketing technology solutions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort with autonomy
