As our Senior Manager of Content Marketing, you'll build and own the editorial strategy, producing content across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and customer consideration. 

Capchase operates in an emerging financial industry. We’re constantly developing new products to help founders grow their businesses more efficiently. Because of this, audience education is crucial and content serves as the entry point for customers to discover our brand and experience our product.

You’ll stay on top of industry trends – and sometimes get ahead of them – understanding everything there is to know about our business and our ideal customer in order to create a comprehensive program of written, video and sometimes interactive content for our channels including our blog, newsletters, webinars, and more. 

If you’ve always fancied yourself as an editor, with a healthy passion for writing your own content, this role is for you.

🧠 The Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in fintech
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and content to engage C-level audiences
  • Demonstrated ability delivering and executing SEO content strategies
  • Experience working with creative teams
  • Experience managing, hiring and coaching teams
  • Excellent written communication skills.

🚀 The Job

  • Lead the overall vision for content at Capchase
  • Develop and execute content of your own for channels including our blog, customer stories, webinars and more
  • Work with our founding team, C-suite and other key staff members to develop their viewpoints into compelling content for customers
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with written content
  • Have a “test and optimize” mindset for content, constantly experimenting with new topics and CTAs
  • Own the numbers: you don’t need to be an analyst, but you need to have an idea of what success looks like, and how to measure it.
