As a Solution Consultant (SC) at Demostack, you will be in charge of the full implementation cycle of advanced solutions for our customers. This will include partnering with the AE and customer to scope business requirements and desired outcome, through product and customer success collaborations, and ultimately enabling a satisfactory implementation during pre/post sales.
What will you actually be doing?
- Consult our sales team on scoping customers’ business requirements and how to configure Demostack to facilitate them.
- Provide creative and satisfactory workarounds with out-of-the-box solutions when the product is not 100% compatible with a customer requirement.
- Report technical challenges in the sales process and work with the AEs and R&D team on fixing them.
- Lead technically-advanced implementations post-sales with the customer success team.
- Keep a close relationship with the product and R&D teams to provide technical know-how and best practices to the customer-facing teams.
- Submit product ideas as they arise and work with the product team on building the business case to develop them.
What should you bring to the table?
- Advanced Front-End knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, Browser tools)
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to translate a business requirement to technical terms and visa versa
- Ability to train teammates on how to discuss technical topics
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
