About the Role

As our first Account-Based marketer, you’ll get to own and drive our account-based strategy from the ground up. You are someone that enjoys building a plan from scratch, you have a keen eye for results-driven approaches, and are comfortable with ambiguity. You will collaborate with various marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns and promotion plans, bringing programs to life and driving results. You will work to identify key messages that are driving demand and help to test new messages in the market that’ll inform larger go-to-market messaging across channels. A successful candidate in this role is comfortable with driving initiatives at both a strategic planning and tactical execution level and enjoys creating multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that use both inbound and outbound tactics, creatively, to generate interest. 


  • Own the Strategic and Enterprise segments end-to-end: strategy, goal setting, budget, list management, campaign plans, and collateral, funnel tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing, BDR, and Sales colleagues to operationalize a scalable, one-to-many, and one-to-few, multi-channel marketing motion that results in expanded pipeline and accelerated close rates.
  • Build and run a modern ABM program that creates personalized buying experiences for our top target accounts. This ABM playbook will be verticalized and leveraged across the marketing team as we scale and diversify our ABM programs.
  • Partner with demand gen and product marketing colleagues to develop compelling content and messaging to support various marketing campaigns and align with buyer’s journey
  • Work strategically to analyze data and campaign performance, while guiding decisions and optimization opportunities.
  • Own the ABM Software and work with the marketing operations team to leverage the platform for both targeting as well as creating visibility to the accounts in the funnel and overall performance of the ABM effort


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in a demand generation role, at an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company
  • Account-based marketing experience - an understanding of lead nurturing and the need to message differently to different profiles
  • Keen analytical ability and curiosity to delve into the data and understand what's working
  • A highly results-oriented approach, with motivation to meet and exceed objectives
  • An extremely flexible mindset, with the will and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications
  • An eye for quality content and design (and the drive to achieve it)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and technologies such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, as well as intent (Bombora, Clearbit) and ABM tools (6sense)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
