🔑 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in selling to small business owners (ideally restaurants)
  • Have a track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles (125%+ to quota achievement)
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture where changes are common and you adapt quickly
  • You endorse a work hard, stay positive and implement feedback mentality

  • Become a top expert on the product and on the industry so that you can communicate how we help
  • Listen to the goals of the restaurant owner and don't sell unless you think it's a good fit for them
  • Educate yourself daily by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates

  • Help restaurants make the right decision for their business, based on their goals
  • Sign up a minimum of 30 new partners per month (less than our average sales rep currently)
  • Persist with the leads that you think we could help until they buy
