 The Role: 

 As the Demand Generation Manager you’ll help shape the strategic direction of the marketing strategy for our quick growing start-up. You’ll bring a blend of right brain/left brain as you write copy for landing pages, emails, and more, while also taking an analytical approach to understanding with high fidelity what worked, what didn’t and why or why not. As part of a small but mighty marketing team, you’ll help drive both short and long-term growth through creative multi-channel programs and campaigns that help take prospects from aware to interested to raving fans. 

How You’ll Do It:

  • Create scalable, cross-channel demand generation programs and strategies to drive qualified pipeline
  • Experiment with new ways to increase conversions and drive step change growth
  • Own the email marketing strategy and execution–including nurture streams—segmented by audience
  • Analyze and report on results to determine effectiveness of campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to determine lead scoring criteria and ensure optimal marketing to sales lead handoff
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, as well as our audience and how we can best serve them

 What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of multichannel demand gen experience (B2B and/or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Experience writing copy for landing pages, website, and more
  • Expert in prioritization and balancing multiple campaigns and events
  • Experience in Hubspot
  • Test and learn mindset
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, with a tolerance for change and entrepreneurial drive
  • You enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
