We are looking for an exceptional marketing leader and performer that is growth-minded, collaborative, accountable with a prior history of success to lead the sales team and work closely with the CEO and executive team. We are a fast-growing SaaS company with the vision to make the world customer centric. involve.ai is a Customer Intelligence Platform that helps you prevent churn & grow revenue, while maximizing customer outcomes. This is a remote role located anywhere in the US, however the majority of collaboration happens during West coast hours.

We are on a mission to create a generational company like Apple, Nike, and Google and create 1M+ jobs. Help us create that from the ground up.

We are looking for:

  • 15+ years of successful SaaS marketing experience with a focus on mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales. 4+ years as Head of Marketing/ Head of Demand Generation at a B2B SaaS company managing revenues greater than $10M with mid market ($40K-$80K) and SME ($80K-$200K) avg customer size focus. 
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding pipeline quotas with consistent & accurate forecasting and successful collaboration & interactions with executives/board members.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup creating proven marketing strategies to accelerate the company’s revenue, demonstrating hands on demand generation skills.
  • A proven analytical and data-driven approach to marketing with an In-depth knowledge of CRM, Collaboration platforms and lead generation apps such as; Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SEO/SEM, G2 Crowd, Capterra etc.
  • Seasoned management skills with a successful track record of performance management, coaching, remote interaction and hiring, on-boarding & maintaining ‘A’ performers.
  • Our ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, optimistic and results driven with deep experience and comfort in cross collaboration with sales, product, customer success and HR departments.

In this role you will:

  • Create and hold a true qualified pipeline (# and $) commit for 2022. Forecast and manage marketing budget to hit ARR goal.
  • Drive the top-line revenue by helping sales team acquire new logos, increase win rates, improve sales cycles, and win against existing and new competitors.
  • Lead by example with your team of being hands on in all major demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, case studies, podcasts, virtual and in-person events, LinkedIn, G2crowd campaigns etc.
  • Demonstrate pipeline management not just lead management, its transparency, growth and conversion ratios to reach the company’s quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Partner with the CEO to define the ongoing marketing strategy, understand which markets should we next expand into, how we shore up our base, allocate resources, evolve our ICP, and what the qualification process should look like for our BDT and personas.
