About the Role: 

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be a key role in Spekit’s growing marketing team and will be responsible for assisting with the positioning, pricing, segmentation, and packaging of new and existing Spekit products.

The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to Spekit’s Director of Product Marketing. At the outset, this role will be singularly responsible for partnering with our Product/Engineering team to implement a successful product launch go-to-market (GTM) and roadmap strategy. You’ll be an expert on our product, our customers, the market and competitive landscape. 

This role will work alongside other members of the marketing team (ex: Director of Demand Gen and Director of Marketing Communications) to ensure a successful integrated marketing approach. The role will also work collaboratively with our Sales and Customer Success teams to meet revenue and customer goals.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Solutions and vertical marketing. Understand how our product is used in different ways by different people. Identify and segment groups by industry or role and develop GTM strategies to drive net new business or expansion opportunities for sales and customer success.
  • Win/Loss analysis. Interview prospects and new customers to better understand why we won or lost, and bring actionable insights to the Spekit GTM team to improve our sales and marketing motions. 
  • Content creation. Create solution briefs, one-pagers, facilitate research studies, curate industry statistics for use in marketing and sales collateral, the website, and presentations.
  • Competitive analysis. Assist with analyzing the competition and developing internal knowledge of the competitive landscape, their capabilities, and how we stack up against them.
  • Work with product managers to communicate and train the Sales team and Customer Success teams on the value proposition of the product and features (messaging, key benefits, buyer personas, competitor battlecards, etc)

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience 3+ years leading product marketing 
  • Experience with win/lose analysis for a growing SaaS firm
  • Experience leading customer research, analyst outreach, positioning, segmentation, competitive analysis, and messaging of new and existing products into market
  • Have a background in SaaS, B2B, technology and/or firms involved in the digital adoption, enablement, training, learning and development space

Comp: $120k - 145k depending on location
