We’re looking for a Demand Gen marketer who is world class at figuring out how to convert potential customers through the funnel. You know exactly the full tech stack needed to be built and can bring together the resources to get it done(front end web, CRM, funnel tracking, tracking analytics, marketing automations, etc. You know how to help guide content teams to create the most relevant content that helps push our customers closer to conversion. It’s likely that you’ve had enough experience with acquisition that you can leverage look-a-like audiences to better identify the immediate universe of similar customers that we can target. You love high octane startups, can take the lead yourself and are excited about the challenge about leading our marketing team.


  • Think actively about the entire marketing funnel (AAARRR) and find the highest priority optimizations for converting leads into paying customers
  • Build and own the full marketing tech stack (front end web, CRM, funnel tracking, tracking analytics, marketing automations, etc.) 
  • Build-out a scalable demand generation function that drives predictable growth
  • Guide Equi’s demand generation strategy to help convert high-quality leads into Equi customers 
  • Steer and develop multi-channel, integrated campaigns including content, partners, events, email, and digital marketing.
  • Identify, quantify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to test new and emerging channels.


  • Work with the Content Team [or agency] to create compelling and consistent content to that will engage potential customers
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to help define content direction and prioritization
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to push continued process improvements.
