Your Mission 🚀

We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our team and execute our partner strategy as we sit in the sweet spot of upstream (data warehouse, ETL, data transform) and downstream (CRM, Marketing Automation, Service Desks, etc) vendors. We are a huge value add for both of them and we need to build stronger relationships with all of our partners to generate Sales pipeline and market awareness.

Your responsibilities 🗓

  • Create and execute our Partner channel strategy
  • Build relationships with product managers, sales leaders, content teams, and the partner teams at strategic partners
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns to promote the value of our technology integrations
  • Develop a playbook of messaging, enablement, and content assets that speak to how we make customers successful together
  • Work with partners to promote joint customers and the benefits of our combined solutions
  • Develop clear and compelling joint value propositions for technology and consulting partnerships
  • Execute and scale our partner event strategy
  • Grow our partner channel to generate sales pipeline
  • Define and implement an ISV partner program

Is this you? ⚡️

Here's what our dream candidate looks like:

  • Technical Product expertise - You have worked with a data product or a product used by a technical audience.
  • You Have Seen Success - Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in the partner management field and have experience working in a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong Project Management Skills - You’re great at scoping out multi-month projects and can keep lots of different stakeholders aligned on a shared goal.
  • Track record generating revenue - Proven track record meeting revenue objectives through partners.
  • Curiosity – Interest in learning and exploring, experimenting, and teaching others
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – Genuine desire to see other people succeed and help them get there
  • Self-motivation – Desire to work in a startup environment without the structure of big companies
  • Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate (when things like offices and travel are allowed again)
