We're now looking for our founding Account Executive who can scale Atlan's presence in North America!
Your Mission at Atlan
Sales is Service: At Atlan, we believe Sales is Service. If you're the kind of person who wakes up everyday to help customers, we're looking for you. You will be the face of Atlan for the customer: from the first discovery call, to demo, to trial & finally closing.
Trusted Advisor: Through this process, you play the role of a trusted advisor: understand the problems the customer is facing, and advising them through their journey to make the best decision.
Voice of the Market: Work closely with sales engineering, product and marketing to refine Atlan's positioning, marketing and product roadmap.
What makes you a match for us?
- A demonstrated track record of success in a sales role & owning revenue targets
- At least 2-3 years of experience selling technical software products (products in the modern data stack, highly preferred)
- Impeccable communication skills & stakeholder management
- We're not looking for a coin-operated sales rep, and instead looking for someone who's excited about building a GTM machine: someone who can contribute to improving our sales process, experiment with pricing, create sales materials and more
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability
