As the Revenue Operations Manager for the EMEA teams you will be responsible for the daily operations of these business units. You will own building out processes, monitoring data, and providing insight to the General Manager of this team.

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for turbo-charging the day-to-day operations for our revenue teams. You will provide support for these teams by owning and leading our daily reporting, revenue forecasting, territory management, pipeline monitoring/management, and rules of engagement. The Revenue Operations team also identifies and designs new processes that help ensure the business is operating at its full potential.
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for tracking our go to market teams’ progress to our goals and helping implement the strategy of our international leadership. You’ll work directly with our quota carrying teams and their management to ensure that Vanta international is able to continue to drive our momentous growth.
What you’ll do as a Revenue Operations Manager at Vanta:
Work closely with the sales team to refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Own revenue forecasts processes, identifying trends, risk and bottlenecks to ensure we hit our revenue goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, revenue analytics, and finance teams to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed.
Develop and maintain best in class operating metrics and source of truth reporting for ICs and Managers to utilize.
Identify gaps in GTM motion and utilizing data to design recommendations and improvements
How to be successful in this role:
At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or customer success operations at a software company
Strong proficiency in GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong business aptitude, understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success business needs that drive system requirements
