Enterprise Demand Generation Lead
As our Enterprise Demand Generation Lead at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving growth and pipeline generation for our Enterprise segment. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to establish, test, and revise growth strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
Pipeline Creation: Develop, supervise, and experiment with top and mid-funnel marketing initiatives. This may include developing strategies that encompass account based marketing (ABM), field marketing, paid and owned surface tactics.
Customer Retention: Augment our programming for customer marketing, focusing on retention and expansion.
Drive ICP Engagement: Lay the groundwork for pipeline generation aimed at our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Lead Conversion: Align end-funnel marketing strategies to enhance lead conversion in partnership with the Sales and Product teams.
Content Campaigns: Conceptualize and roll out diverse content campaigns for promoting education and engagement.
Team Collaboration: Work synchronously with the growth team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met through shared roadmaps.
How to be successful in this role:
7-10 years’ experience in Enterprise marketing, with a focus on demand generation and managing campaigns touching the entire marketing funnel.
Be obsessed with funnel efficiency and data.
Love details and process-oriented optimization.
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
Strong grasp of Salesforce and Hubspot; experience with 6sense and Clearbit are a plus.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $165,000 - $194,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
