What will you do at Atlan?
- Provide assistance on technical issues raised by customers/prospects using Atlan
- Act as a technical bridge between our front-line support team and the Engineering team
- Debug technical/functional issues reported by the Customer Happiness team.
- Provide bug fixes for customer-reported issues
- Provide feedback to Engineering on Issue Patterns/Design changes/Features
- Document issue resolutions as Runbooks / Knowledge Base articles
What makes you a match?
- Prior experience supporting enterprise software products as part of the technical support team (L3 support or higher preferred)
- Experience with Technical Debugging - Code browsing (Python/Java), Attaching Code debugger, Log analysis
- Strong Computing & Software fundamentals - Operating System (Linux), Network, Storage (File Systems), Programming/Scripting, REST
- Understanding of Cloud technologies/deployments - Kubernetes/AWS/Azure/GCP/Argo [Preferred]
- Effective communication - Be able to concisely define problem statements and draft solutions.
- Ability to work in shifts to support our global customer base.
